Pay It Forward

To continue the pay it forward spirit, in addition to our programs we also pay forward part of our donations to other 501(c)3 non-profits.  Some of the other 501(c)3 non-profits we’ve supported are Make-A-Wish, Peach’s Neet Feet, Justin Graves “I Am Courageous” Ministry, and Battle For A Cure.

 

Make-A-Wish made Jaxon’s wish of meeting Peter Pan come true in a big way.  Peter Pan spent an entire hour with our family, and Jaxon loved pretend sword fighting with him and learning to crow.  At the end of our visit he escorted us across the park and to the front of his ride, “Peter Pan’s Flight”.  As Jaxon battled epilepsy, brain surgery, chemo, radiation, transplants, and transfusions, nobody wanted to be us.  When Peter Pan held my kids’ hands and escorted them across the park, everyone wanted to be us.  It was wonderful to see Jaxon full of confidence and joy as his wish came true!  Make-A-Wish gives families the precious gift of memories, and we want to help fund another child to have these magical moments.
